Order Processing

Processing time depends on the items in your order:

  • Orders containing only in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders that include a made-to-order item are processed and dispatched within 4–7 business days, as these items are produced on demand.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During sales, launches, or capsule drops, processing may take longer; if there is a significant delay we will contact you by email.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, the rest of the European Union, and the United States.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

EU orders: Prices include VAT where applicable. No additional import charges apply within the EU.

United States orders: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your carrier first. For packages lost in transit or arriving damaged, contact us at [support email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
