We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials, measurements and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Small differences in colour, texture, placement or finish may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We reserve the right to:

Correct errors or omissions.

Only one discount code may be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

After processing, delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping is free on orders of €90 or more, unless a specific promotion or checkout notice states otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Once processing or dispatch has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
This operational limitation does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your right to request a return after delivery.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 1–2 calendar days after approval.
You may request a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges.
We cover necessary return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Nothing in our return policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged.

An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
The customer being unavailable to receive the parcel.
Customs procedures.
Carrier delays.
Public holidays.
Weather or natural events.
Strikes or other disruptions.
Restrictions affecting the destination country.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply if you request a new delivery.
All content on the Maison De Rêve website, including names, logos, photographs, product designs, graphics, text, illustrations, videos, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Maison De Rêve unless stated otherwise.
