Return Policy
At Maison De Rêve, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products just for you. All of our items are made-to-order and produced only after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
What is the return policy?
Due to the fact that all of our products are made specifically for you after purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide a replacement or refund if your product is defective or wrongly made.
Exceptions
If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will either send you a replacement or process a refund for the affected item. Please note that the item must be unused and in original condition.
Why is this policy in place?
Since our products are produced specifically for each customer, they are considered custom-made items under EU consumer law, which means the 14-day return period does not apply. As a result, we can only accept returns in cases of defects or mistakes.

Include your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer free shipping by default, as we focus on delivering the best customer experience through high-quality products and service. However, we do offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more shirts, a little thank you for stocking up!
